I am Adeoti Onabolu, a friendship educator, author, and coach writing under the pen name Fola Keona. Through my books and work, I create honest, warm spaces for people to think more deeply about friendships. I believe friendship is one of the most important and most overlooked investments we make as human beings and I have made it my life's work to change that.
